Yaguchi was born 1982 in Kushiro in Hokkaido. She studied from 2002 to 2006 at the Department of Oil Painting at Musashino Art University, where she graduated with honors. Her first solo exhibition was held in 2007 at Gallery Yamaguchi in Kyobashi (Tokyo).

In 2008, Yaguchi exhibited at the 4th “Full Moon Exhibition” at Sendagi Gallery, the “Sunshine of Asia” exhibition at Chuwa Gallery (Ginza), the 4th Art Jam Exhibition “Doll Festival” (Yamaguchi Gallery), and others. In the same year, her works were selected for Art Infinity in Shinjuku. In 2009, solo exhibitions of her works were held at art & bar entkukui, Ebisu, “A Cloudy Day”) and Shinjuku Ganka Gallery.
