We will be celebrating the 10th anniversary of ART FAIR ASIA FUKUOKA.
In celebration of our 30th anniversary, we are pleased to present a selection of artists who have been featured at our gallery since its founding, dividing them into several themes.
This selection will include photo drawings and prints by Q Ei, who left a significant mark on Japanese modern and contemporary art history, as well as drawings by MATSUMOTO Shunsuke.
We will also feature new editions of works by female artist SHIOMI Mieko, who actively participated in the “Fluxus” art movement that transcended the boundaries of music, poetry, art, and film; in addition to works by Ay-O, known as the rainbow artist, and Jonas Mekas, founder of “diary films.
We will be showcasing prints by MOTONAGA Sadamasa, a key member of the Gutai group and a painter celebrated for his dynamic, fluid style within the Informel movement.
The gallery will also be exhibiting works by architects who have been integral to our gallery’s identity since its opening, including prints by ISOZAKI Arata, renowned for his architectural contributions in Kyushu, and sculptural works by SATO Kengo, currently active at Expo 2025 Osaka.
