Guideline for mail order advertising following the Door-to-Door Sales Law

【Ordering method】
Orders can be placed via online order form, fax, or telephone.

【Deriver of products】
For sheet (artwork only) orders: 3 days to 1 week,
For framed works, delivery will take 2 to 3 weeks since the frame will be special order.
We will get back to you for detailed delivery schedule.

【Shipping cost for artworks】
Please note that actual packing and shipping costs may be charged in addition to the product price.

【Shipping cost for books】
Packing and shipping costs vary depending on size and weight.
Basically, the price ranges from JPY 250 to JPY 600.
Please note that an additional fee will be charged for books which are too large or heavy.
We will get back to you shortly regarding packing and shipping costs.

【Charge calculation method】
The amount to be charged to the customer will be “total amount of the product including tax” + “shipping cost”.
(In the case of cash on delivery (COD), the customer will be responsible for handling charges.)

【Payment method】
The following payment methods are available: cash on delivery (COD) and bank transfer.

【Exchange/ Return】
Although we check our products carefully, 
we will exchange them for new products at our expense 
in the event that they are defective or different from the contents of your order.
(Limited to within 1 week of delivery)
Customer returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.
In such cases, return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

【Handling of personal information】
We will not provide customer information to any third party for any reason 
except when necessary for product confirmation or shipment.

1)We establish internal systems in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and related guidelines, and require employees to sign written agreements regarding proper handling of personal information.

2)We restrict access to personal information to employees who require it for business purposes, and implement strict controls over media and devices containing such data.

3)System-stored personal information is protected through account and password management. Access rights are granted only to authorized employees, and all credentials are strictly managed to prevent leakage or loss.

4)Unless required for service continuity, personal information may be deleted after a certain period from collection.

3. Disclosure of Personal Information
1) We do not disclose personal information to third parties without the customer’s consent, except in the following circumstances:
・When required by law or by request of a court, police, or other public authority.
・When there is an imminent risk to life, health, or property and it is difficult to obtain the customer’s consent.
・When necessary to protect or enforce the Company’s legal rights, property, or services, especially in cases of violations of laws or our Terms and Conditions, and the customer’s consent cannot be obtained.

2) When a customer requests disclosure of their own personal information, we will comply only after confirming the identity of the requester.
